| Bio: | I've been interested in the study of magick since I was extremely young but have been formally practicing now for about 12 years.
Other stuff I like in random order:
- Old-school video games. And new video games, for that matter. I grew up in a wondrous time, when you could make a game about a frog trying to get across a road or a strange, pie-shaped entity trying to eat everything in sight and expect to actually sell it.
- Spirituality in general. I'm extremely interested in learning about other's quest for the spirit and what that means to them. This interest has forced me (although it wasn't exactly difficult to force me in this direction) to learn about everything from Buddhism to Hinduism to Sufism and an almost infinite number of other -isms. I regard myself as much a mystic as a magician these days because of exposure to these paths.
- Computers. I have always had an abiding interest in them. My first was a Timex-Sinclair 1000 with 2k of RAM (I upgraded it later to a massive 16), followed closely by a Commodore 64. I've not been without a computer for 20 years of my life at this point (I'm 33.) I've recently been tinkering with mine, doing a few minor upgrades in preparation for some other, potentially major work soon.
- Electronic music. I do write some. Currently, I'm doing a project for a friend of mine who is finally about to finish college and is attempting to get into a school for computer games programming. I'm writing a simple soundtrack to his game and having a real blast.
